WILD GINGER is located within the gated community of MAHOGANY RUN GOLF RESORT on the rocky and dramatic northeast coast of St. Thomas. Completed in mid-1999, this two bedroom, two bath villa is the perfect getaway. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, you’ll be mesmerized by the breathtaking “down island” views starting with a close up view of the uninhabited (except for wild donkeys!) island of Hans Lollik and continuing on to Jost van Dyke, Tortola, St. John and several other small islands and cays. Two pavilions are joined by a small pool and extensive decking and Mexican tiled patios. The main pavilion has the great room, kitchen, king bedroom and bath. The west pavilion has the second king (or can be made as 2 twins) bedroom with full bath. Every detail has been thought of from the wicker rockers and large hammock on the covered gallery to the floats for the pool and a trellised south loggia.  The villa is painted in a soft butter color with West Indian shutters the color of the Caribbean Sea. You'll delight in the colors and fragrances of the climbing white stephanotis vine, yellow allamander and oleander. Pick fresh flowers for your table every day!

The interiors offer luxury and comfort at every turn. The great room has a large dining table with comfortable seating, the living room area has dark wicker sofas and chairs with overstuffed cushions covered in a large plaid the colors of a Caribbean sunset. There is an antique Mahogany table in the ell of the living room equipped with a dedicated fax line and answering machine on the house line if you must work on holiday! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for your holiday; a blender, microwave, dishwasher, and pretty dishes and glasses for those island-style meals. A gas BBQ grill under the trellised loggia right outside the kitchen is perfect for preparing your al fresco meals.

The king sized bamboo four poster in the bedroom in the main pavilion encourages lazy mornings. The bath has many custom features with an oversized tiled shower and thick towels. The west pavilion is also a king (or two twin beds) and has a large bath with an oversized tiled shower. There are paddle fans and softly colored Mexican tiled floors throughout and wonderful art work at every glance.
