Since we are right here on St. Thomas, we can provide you with all the information to assist you with your choice in a vacation accommodation. We meet and greet and escort you to your condo or villa. Vacationers are strongly encouraged to rent a car during their stay.

Reservations will be confirmed with 50% deposit of the rental amount.  Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. 
All payments are due in US funds or by personal or company check, money order, or wire transfer.  Cancellation policy: 
60 days or more prior to arrival, refund less 20% (of total rental) administrative fee. 
Within 60 days of arrival 100% penalty.
