ne Beach Road is an architecturally stunning multi-level villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and extensive common spaces for relaxing, sunning, and eating. The beach front villa is secluded behind electronic gates on Pelican Point at the East End of St. Thomas and just ¾ mile from the small marina town of Red Hook. The villa underwent an extensive renovation and redecoration in 2016-17 and the new owners are adding many bells and whistles to make your vacation experience even better!

Starting in December 2018 additions included all new state of the art smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, new super high speed wireless internet throughout the entire property with a password protected router and a back-up ISP for redundancy, Sonos audio in the living room, bedrooms, apartment and outdoors poolside along with new speakers throughout for premium sound.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) and 4.5 baths and the separate entrance apartment has a king bed, queen sleep sofa, kitchen and full bathroom. The 4 main villa bedrooms have amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sand beach from the private balconies. Three spacious bathrooms are ensuite while one bedroom has a full bath right across the hall. All baths have larger vanities, double sinks, large showers and European porcelain tile.

The apartment is the 5th bedroom suite sleeping 4 people. This can be booked when staying with over 8 adults or just added on if you’d like the extra space and additional kitchen. The apartment is never booked separately so you will have complete privacy at One Beach Road.

The state of the art modern kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the cabinets stocked with all the necessary tools to create your own dinners or ask us for a private chef recommendation! There is dining table inside or choose to eat al fresco on the covered porch poolside. A beverage refrigerator is adjacent to the outside table so you won’t have to go far for a cold one!

A very comfortable patio, perfect for enjoying coffee every morning or drinks as the sun goes down, leads to the infinity edge pool. The beach is dotted with swaying coconut palms, sea grape trees and lounge chairs to relax as well as a table under the shade of the sea grape trees offering a great place for a casual lunch after snorkeling or kayaking.

One Beach Road sits right on its own private white sand beach as well as has a unique sand covered stone jetty. Jump right in to explore the lively coral reef right in your backyard where you can see colorful tropical fish, coral, sea rays and turtles.

There is automatic stand-by generator which will support the entire property with power during our frequent power outages. It will also automatically turn off when the grid power is back on. You will probably never notice the outages as it kicks on in less than 4 minutes.

One Beach Road is only a 5 minute drive to Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and grocery stores. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook making a day trip an easy experience.

There are concierge-style services available to you before your arrival and during your stay assisting with provisioning the villa with food and beverages before you arrive, private chef services, dinner reservations, information on boat and fishing trips, spa services, etc. All you have to do is ask!

Also new to our amenities is complimentary housekeeping service mid-stay for all rentals of at least 10 nights. We also provide a complimentary meet and greet at the airport or your car rental agency so you will have a guide out to One Beach Road. No wrong turns or delays in having you start your 6-star vacation!

*Over 8 guests, you will need to rent the apartment which is considered the fifth bedroom suite.
The apartment sleeps 4 guests in one king bed and one queen sleeper sofa and has a full kitchen and bath.

50%  of rental  cost due at time of booking and signed contract, balance of rent and other charges due 60 days prior to arrival.
