I’ve called St. Thomas home for more than four decades. Much of my life here has been connected to Antilles School, where I served in roles including Dean of Faculty, coach, and Athletic Director. Over the years, I worked with generations of students, families, teachers, and coaches across the island.
Today, I bring that same local familiarity to my work with Calypso Realty.
More than four decades of island knowledge
St. Thomas may be a small island, but each area has its own feel. Some buyers want to be closer to town or work. Others are looking for a hillside home, beach access, a condo with less maintenance, or land for a future project.
I help clients compare those options based on location, road access, convenience, upkeep, and how they plan to use the property. For buyers coming from the mainland, I can also help explain some of the details that may be less familiar, including cisterns, generators, storm protection, insurance, hillside construction, and property maintenance.
A long connection to the St. Thomas community
My years at Antilles School gave me a close connection to families and organizations throughout St. Thomas. I’ve also watched the island change over time, from its neighborhoods and roads to the way people live and work here.
