St. Thomas isn’t just where I work. It’s home.
I was born and raised here and attended Sts. Peter and Paul School before leaving the island to work in the yachting industry. I spent years traveling aboard mega yachts, but after Hurricanes Irma and Maria hit the Virgin Islands, I returned home to help with recovery efforts.
My work since then has included hurricane relief, property management, renovations, and real estate.
From rebuilding St. Thomas to working in real estate
After Irma and Maria, I worked with organizations involved in hurricane relief and helped distribute more than one million pounds of supplies throughout the islands. I also assisted with relief flights for residents who needed to travel off-island for medical care after the hospital was damaged.
I later started a property management company specializing in high-end homes and renovations. The work gave me hands-on experience with repairs, maintenance, improvements, and the day-to-day demands of caring for property in the Virgin Islands.
I became a licensed USVI real estate sales agent in February 2023 and joined Calypso Realty.
Born and raised in St. Thomas
I’ve known St. Thomas long before I started working in real estate. I grew up with its neighborhoods, roads, beaches, hillsides, and weather. I also know many of the practical details that come with owning property here, including cisterns, generators, storm protection, renovations, and ongoing maintenance.

Helping buyers find the right property
I help buyers compare properties based on how they plan to use them. For one person, a condo with less maintenance may make the most sense. Someone else may want a hillside home, land for a future project, or a property they can renovate.
My property management and renovation experience also helps me spot questions worth asking about condition, upkeep, and improvements before a buyer moves forward.
Helping sellers prepare their property
My background in renovations and high-end property management also comes into play when I work with sellers.
I can help identify maintenance or presentation issues worth addressing before a property goes on the market. Some homes may benefit from repairs or improvements, while others may already be ready to list without taking on unnecessary work.
Why I still choose St. Thomas
I’ve traveled extensively, but St. Thomas is where I chose to come back and build my life. When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors hiking, spearfishing, catching lobster, or spending time on the water. Growing up here and returning after years of travel has given me a strong connection to the island and the people who call it home.
