Let me introduce myself, I am Jody Olson, a true Virgin Islander having been born and raised on St. Thomas, attending school at Sts. Peter and Paul on St. Thomas.
My passion for travel led me to enter the yachting industry, where I traveled the world while working on mega yachts. After hurricanes Irma and Maria made landfall in the Virgin Islands, I decided to resign from my job and devote all of my energy to rebuilding my island home and helping those who were unable to help themselves. I have worked with numerous organizations to raise money and help distribute over 1 million pounds of relief supplies. I also worked to get multiple relief flights off island to receive medical treatment in the states after the hospital was shut down.Throughout this process I realized how special these islands are and that this is where I was meant to be.
I learned a lot about construction through helping rebuild the islands and started a property management company in which I specialized in high end clients and renovations. My passion is for making people’s homes beautiful and the real estate industry in general.
When not helping others or building my business you can find me outside, in the ocean, or traveling. Whether hiking, spearfishing, catching lobster or enjoying a beautiful day Jody loves these islands and does her best to try and make the most of them.
